Job summary

L’Oréal USA in Florence, KY is seeking a Material Handler/Forklift Operator for weekend days from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. You will move materials in the manufacturing warehouse and production/pre-weigh areas, and enter data in SAP and Flexnet for accurate inventory control.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with opportunities for overtime, profit sharing, and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates must be 18+, with a high school diploma preferred and forklift experience

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse environment including operating a forklift preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis; no sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Physically move components or chemicals to support manufacturing and processing.
• Receive vendor deliveries, verify quantities and documentation.
• Enter data in SAP and Flexnet and complete related paperwork.
• Load finished pallets onto trailers following safety guidelines.
• Perform cycle counts and train temporary staff on safety and quality.
