L’Oréal in Walton, KY is seeking a MMS II - Warehouse Operator for 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will handle two areas: Order Processing and Forklift Operation, ensuring accurate order picking, dealing with RF scanners, and operating the WMS.

This role requires basic computer skills (SAP a plus), willingness to work overtime including weekends, and forklift experience. High school diploma or GED preferred; lifting up to 50 lbs, safety-conscious and reliable team member.

Qualifications

• General computer knowledge; SAP experience a plus.
• Able to work overtime including weekends.
• Preferred 1–2 years Distribution/Warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and WMS.
• Transport pallets to wrapping/shipping locations and ensure correct labeling.
• Assist in training new hires and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Check inventory accuracy and assist in physical inventories.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
