Job summary

Staffmark in Florence, KY is hiring a Forklift Material Handler to safely transport materials, support inventory movement, and help maintain efficient warehouse operations. The role runs 6:45 am to 3:15 pm with a $22.00 hourly pay and weekly pay cadence.

The ideal candidate will operate Reach Trucks and other warehouse equipment, perform shipping-related tasks, and contribute to safety and accuracy across production and distribution processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Forklift Reach Truck certification is a plus.
• Ability to read shipping documents, SOPs and work instructions.
• Commitment to safety and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate reach trucks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment according to SOPs.
• Receive, load, unload, store, and transport raw materials and finished goods.
• Support production by delivering materials accurately and on time.
• Inspect products and complete shipping documents and records.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Maintain clean, organized shipping and receiving areas and report issues.
