Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six (6) months forklift experience in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Preferred stand-up forklift experience.
• Previous experience with WMS preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and follow plant safety policies at all times.
• Ensure accuracy of incoming/outgoing shipments by SKU and quantity.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Operate material handling equipment (stand-up forklift, pallet jacks).
• Utilize WMS for assigned tasks and perform case picks using voice-to-pick.
• Load pallets per loading/weight patterns and label per customer requirements.
