Job summary

Church & Dwight in York, PA is seeking a Warehouse Operator – D Shift to join our high-volume distribution center, handling palletizing, loading outbound orders and case picking.

Shifts are Thursday–Friday 05:30am–02:00pm and Saturday–Sunday 05:30am–05:30pm. The hourly wage is $26.71 plus a $1.25/hour shift differential.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, and familiarity with a warehouse management system; safety and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months forklift experience in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and follow all safety policies.
• Ensure accuracy of incoming/outgoing shipments per schedule.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Operate stand-up forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
• Utilize WMS for assigned tasks.
• Perform single case pick using voice-to-pick.
• Ensure pallets are properly labeled and loaded to prevent damage.
• Verify lot codes and proper documentation.
• Support training and certification as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
