Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months forklift experience in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Standup forklift experience preferred.
• WMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and adhere to plant safety policies.
• Ensure accuracy of incoming/outgoing shipments per schedule.
• Assist with inventory management including cycle counts.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Utilize WMS for all assigned work.
• Perform single case pick using voice-to-pick.
• Stack pallets to ensure accurate counts at receipt.
• Unitize products per packaging specifications.
• Verify lot codes and proper documentation.
• Load orders according to standard loading and weight patterns.
• Label pallets per customer requirements.
• Assist training and certification programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
