Responsibilities

Supervises and coordinates daily activities of retail cafeteria staff in food prep, service, and front-of-house operations.
Balances cash registers, reconciles sales, and prepares deposits.
Monitors food safety, temperature checks, and displays quality; plans schedules and assigns staff.
Prepares a wide range of hot and cold dishes and maintains inventory records and compliance logs.
