The Tillery Restaurant & Lounge in Owings Mills, MD is hiring a Food Runner to support our upscale dining team. You will set tables, serve food, and ensure guests have a high-quality experience. Availability Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays is required, with flexible shifts across weekends.

As a Food Runner you’ll work closely with Front of House and Kitchen staff, communicate orders, restock stations, and assist with guest inquiries. Fluency in English is required to provide excellent service.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Must meet state legal age requirements.
• Must speak fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Set tables and reset the restaurant to the proper style.
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables quickly and accurately.
• Assist front of house and back of house staff as needed.
• Restock service stands and ensure beverage station is full.
• Answer guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items.
• Inform staff of guest feedback or special requests.
• Provide kids menus and appropriate silverware for families.
