Responsibilities

• Accurately match tickets to plates and deliver food to the correct table and seat.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to confirm order accuracy and timing.
• Check plate presentation and temperature before serving; flag issues.
• Deliver food promptly to maintain quality and reduce wait times.
• Announce and describe dishes when delivering to guests.
• Relay allergy and special-request information to the kitchen and guests.
• Assist servers with refilling drinks, clearing plates, and resetting tables.
• Support bussers and servers during busy periods to keep the dining room moving.
• Maintain cleanliness of expo line, tray stands, and stations.
• Communicate table or order issues to management promptly.
