Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Manufacturing Floor Trainer for the weekend shift to support training of temporary workers and existing staff. You will assist in developing training plans, cross-train participants, and evaluate student progress in a fast-paced production environment.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork. You will report to the Production Supervisor and work with various teams to improve performance and product quality.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess applicable wiring experience.
• Must have all applicable knowledge and competencies for skilled, experienced wiring.
• Must have no more than 3 points with no written policy infractions.
• Must be in your role as a FTE of Schneider Electric for at least 6 months.
• Must have "Good/Superior" Quality with no more than 3 defects listed in Gainseeker per quarter.
• Must be willing to bring your personal tool cart to the interview and explain your 5s.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing new temporary workers and retraining current employees.
• Cross-train participants and work with individuals of varying skill levels.
• Troubleshoot and provide objective student evaluations during training.
• Support learning and encourage participants to learn from the class.
• Perform other duties as required.
