Job summary

Electrical Now is seeking motivated individuals to join our production team as Electrical Technicians. This full-time, on-site role focuses on repair, testing, refurbishment, and maintenance of industrial circuit breakers and distribution equipment, with hands-on training and opportunities for long-term career growth.

We welcome candidates with various backgrounds and a strong mechanical aptitude. Monday–Friday schedule, no overnights, and a path toward advancement in a growing technical field.

Qualifications

• Motivated to build a career in electrical industry.
• Previous electrical experience is helpful but not required.
• Hands-on training provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect, disassemble, troubleshoot, and reassemble circuit breakers and electrical components.
• Assist with testing, repair, refurbishment, and maintenance of industrial electrical equipment.
• Perform basic wiring, assembly, and component installation tasks.
• Follow diagrams, wire lists, and blueprints to complete repairs and assemblies.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools.
• Record testing results in logs and documentation.
• Maintain tools and workstations in proper condition.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
• Support on-site and emergency service projects as required.
