CVS Health’s MinuteClinic is hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Associates for clinic-based roles nationwide. You’ll deliver primary and family care, both in person and virtually, with strong clinical support and evidence-based guidelines.

The role emphasizes autonomous patient care, holistic management, and collaborative practice within a comprehensive benefits package and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license
• Current national board certification (AANP or ANCC)
• DOT certification within 30 days of hire
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Bilingual proficiency may be required depending on market needs
• Physical presence at assigned clinic is required

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Provide both in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient outcomes
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and coordination of care with other healthcare professionals
• Engage patients in wellness services and chronic disease management
• Complete essential clinic operations including inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, insurance verification, and payments
