Qualifications

• One year NP experience preferred; new grads may be considered.
• Active, unrestricted NP/PA license in state.
• Ability to order vaccines and perform injections.
• DOT certification within 30 days of employment.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to work at clinic with in-person and virtual visits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and virtual primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
• Engage patients in wellness services and preventive health screenings.
• Perform essential clinic operations: inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, insurance verification, payments.
