Qualifications

• Active NP or PA licensure and board certification.
• Ability to provide holistic, evidence‑based care including counseling.
• Experience with in-person and virtual care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and family care including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide both in-person and virtual visits from the clinic.
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and coordinate care with other professionals.
• Engage patients in wellness services and preventive health screenings.
• Complete clinic operations including inventory, opening/closing, patient follow-up, and insurance verification.
• Support a safe care environment and timely appointment management.
