Job summary

Inovar Packaging Group is seeking a Flexographic Press Operator to set up, operate, and maintain a Mark Andy 2200 narrow-web press. This role focuses on producing high-quality labels per customer specs while meeting production timelines and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on flexographic printing experience, strong color-matching skills, and the ability to troubleshoot print quality issues throughout production. Weekend shifts are required with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hands-on flexographic printing experience preferred.
• Experience reading job tickets, proofs, and specifications.
• Strong color matching and registration skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a Mark Andy 2200 flexographic press per job specs.
• Review tickets, artwork, proofs, and customer specs before production.
• Install plates, dies, cylinders, anilox rolls, doctor blades, inks, and tooling.
• Load substrates and maintain proper registration, web tension, color, and drying settings.
• Perform in-process inspections for color, registration, and defects.
