The role requires operating a Mark Andy Performance Series press, performing setup, color control, and changeovers while meeting schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years operating narrow-web flexographic presses.
• Experience operating a Mark Andy Performance Series press preferred.
• Plate mounting, anilox selection, ink systems, UV curing, color matching, registration, die cutting, lamination.

Responsibilities

• Independently operate a Mark Andy Performance Series P4 flexographic press to meet customer specifications.
• Set up inks, anilox rolls, plates, dies, and substrates per job requirements.
• Maintain registration, color consistency, and print quality; conduct preventive maintenance.
• Read job tickets and production schedules; complete production documentation and quality records.
• Collaborate with Scheduling, Prepress, Quality, Finishing, and Maintenance for efficient production.
• Follow safety, GMP and company procedures; maintain a clean, organized work area.
