Fortress Nutrition is seeking a reliable Filler Operator for the Weekend Shift (6:00 AM–6:00 PM) to support high-speed beverage production. The role involves setup, operation, and monitoring of semi-automatic filling equipment, with extensive training during weekdays before transitioning to weekends.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of skilled machine operating experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of skilled machine operating experience (high-speed equipment preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain semi-automatic filling equipment.
• Monitor real-time system readings and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform hourly quality checks to ensure product meets specifications.
• Inspect cans for defects and conduct seam checks for integrity.
• Monitor production yield and document results in real time.
• Maintain sanitation logs and cleanliness of the filler area.
• Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance to resolve issues quickly.
• Communicate status and issues via Slack in Operations channel.
• Follow GMPs, safety procedures, and sanitation standards.
