Job summary

Fortress Nutrition is seeking a reliable Liquid Batcher / Canning Line Operator for a Weekend Shift (6:00 AM–6:00 PM). The dual-role supports batching operations and on the canning line when batching is complete, with a 3-day work week and paid for 40 hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of batching, mixing, or similar roles (liquid batching preferred).
• Ability to follow recipes exactly and perform basic math conversions.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Must communicate in English and work well in a team.
• Willing to work overtime and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Review batch tickets (MMRs) and gather ingredients to prepare batching.
• Pre-weigh, measure, and mix raw ingredients per batch tickets.
• Load ingredients into tanks and ensure proper blending.
• Perform basic quality checks and monitor pH levels.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain canning line equipment.
• Monitor production, address issues, and maintain clean areas.
• Follow safety procedures, GMPs, and sanitation standards.
• Overtime and on-call as needed.
