Job summary

Everleap Fertility is seeking a Surgical Center Registered Nurse (RN) for weekend coverage in Wayne, PA. The role focuses on direct patient care before, during, and after procedures in our outpatient center, supporting a collaborative team of physicians, embryologists, and anesthesia providers.

You'll work Saturdays and Sundays, 6am-2:30pm, with a focus on safety, compassionate care, and accurate documentation, contributing to a high-quality patient experience in a fertility-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BLS certification; ACLS required.
• 2+ years’ clinical nursing experience.
• Proficient in nursing assessment and IV therapy.
• Surgical, procedural, PACU, IVF, women's health, ambulatory surgery experience preferred.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for compassionate, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care throughout the surgical experience.
• Coordinate pre-operative and post-operative activities to ensure quality care.
• Pre-operative assessment and documentation per policy.
• Assist with room setup, case coordination, and team needs.
• PACU: handoff and post-anesthesia care support.
• Assess, monitor, and educate patients before/after procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Support quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Create a welcoming experience during the family-building journey.
