Everleap Fertility is seeking a Part-Time Surgical Center Registered Nurse (RN) for Marlton, NJ. The role runs Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6am-2pm, with two weekend days per month required. You will support pre-, intra-, and post-operative patient care, ensuring high-quality nursing services.

The position requires 2+ years of nursing experience, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and BLS/ACLS certification. Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• 2+ years clinical nursing experience required.
• BLS/ACLS – required.

Aufgaben

• Provides emotional support to patients during pre-operative, operative, and post-operative stages.
• Performs pre-op and post-op activities to coordinate surgical procedures.
• Completes patient pre-operative assessment and documents per policy.
• Assists in setup and intraoperative activities, transport, and hand-off to recovery team.
• Monitors patient status and reports changes to physician.
• Reviews discharge instructions with patient and family and answers questions.
• Assists in preparing patient for discharge to ensure continuity of care.
• Follows infection control and safety precautions in all duties.
