Everleap Fertility is seeking a Per-diem Registered Nurse for our Surgical Center in Marlton, NJ. The role requires commitment to one weekday and at least two weekend days per month, with a focus on high-quality patient care across pre-operative, operative and post-operative stages.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of clinical nursing experience, a BSN, and BLS/ACLS certification. Proficiency in IV therapy, nursing assessment, and basic software (Excel/Word/Outlook) is desirable.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with nursing degree from an approved program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required or eligible for certification.
• At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care during pre-op, operative and post-op phases.
• Monitor patient condition and coordinate with surgical team.
• Discharge planning and patient/family education.
• Ensure infection control and patient safety throughout shifts.
