Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS required.
• 2+ years clinical nursing experience required.
• Proficient in nursing assessment and IV therapy.
• Surgical, PACU, IVF, women's health, or ambulatory nursing experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care throughout the surgical experience.
• Coordinate pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative activities.
• Perform pre-operative assessments and document per policy.
• Assist surgical team, prepare room, and manage supplies.
• Handover to recovery staff with clear patient history.
• Educate patients before and after procedures; monitor and administer meds.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
