Qualifications

• Experience in factory or metals service centers is required.
• Strict safety protocols and PPE usage must be followed.
• High attention to quality for each cut and shipment.
• Ability to work weekend shifts and under pressure.
• Proactive in identifying process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial saws, bandsaws, CNC equipment, and material handling systems.
• Load, measure, cut, and inspect aluminum plate, bar, and rounds to spec.
• Run forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Follow cut lists and production schedules with precision.
• Receive inbound material and verify against purchase orders.
• Package, label, and stage outbound shipments.
• Record cut data and job completions in our software systems accurately.
• Take a clean handoff from the weekday team and prepare for Monday.
• Keep the floor clean, organized, and production-ready.
• Work safely every shift and uphold safety standards.
