Job summary

Techmer PM, located in Clinton, TN, is seeking a Machine Operator for a weekend 1st shift (Fri–Sun, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM). Weekend differential adds $3 per hour.

Duties include operating extrusion and mixing equipment to produce plastic compounds while following safety SOPs and ensuring product quality for custom applications. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred and ability to lift 55 lbs.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of running an extruder or mixing equipment.
• Ability to learn pre and postproduction equipment and operations (drying, bagging, grinding etc.)
• General mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot problems.

Responsibilities

• Operate all key manufacturing equipment to produce plastic compounds for customer applications.
• Follow all standard operating procedures to work safely.
• Measure, control, and improve processes to ensure in-spec, high-quality product.
