Job summary

Techmer PM in Clinton, TN is seeking a 2nd shift Machine Operator to run extrusion and mixing equipment, producing plastic compounds for custom applications. The role runs 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Monday–Friday, on-site, with a base pay of $18.50 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential and weekly pay.

The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma or GED, has 2 years of manufacturing experience (extrusion preferred), and can lift 55 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Extrusion experience is highly desired.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs frequently.
• Ability to learn plant equipment and operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate all key manufacturing equipment to produce plastic compounds for customer applications.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety practices.
• Monitor processes and assist in process measurement and improvement.
