Job summary

Techmer PM, LLC in Dalton, GA is seeking a Machine Operator for the 1st shift (Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM). The position offers a pay rate of $20.00 per hour, with eligibility for benefits from day one and opportunities for overtime based on production needs.

You will operate extrusion and mixing equipment to produce polymer compounds, follow SOPs, monitor quality, and maintain a safe work environment. High school diploma or GED required; two years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Extrusion experience highly desired.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion and mixing equipment to produce polymer compounds.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Monitor processes and adjust parameters to keep products in spec.
• Assist with quality checks and housekeeping.
