Job summary

A global compounder of custom engineered thermoplastics is seeking an Extrusion Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating thermoplastic extrusion equipment, ensuring quality production and adherence to safety standards. The position demands the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 60 lbs regularly, and maintain a clean workspace. Prior experience in manufacturing and a high school diploma are preferred. This role operates on 3rd shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Sunday Night to Friday Morning.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Must be dependable with excellent attendance.
• Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and operate machinery for mixing and extruding materials.
• Monitor production and equipment for safe operations.
• Document work completed including logs and data reports.
