Job summary

Stone Gables Estate invites caring, talented individuals to join our team and make a difference. This long-term part-time position supports public and private events, including The National Christmas Center, and serves as event staff for weddings and other functions.

Responsibilities include setup/teardown, guest greeting, directing traffic, and occasional animal handling. Fridays and Saturdays are required with 2–3 shifts weekly and at least three weekends per month.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays.
• Must be able to work 2-3 shifts per week.
• Must be able to work a minimum of three weekends per month.
• Interpersonal skills are a must because this position interacts with guests.

Responsibilities

• Set up & tear down wedding venues including moving tables, chairs, linens, and emptying trash cans.
• Park cars & direct traffic.
• Drive golf carts.
• Greet guests.
• Occasionally handle animals such as horses, alpacas, pigs, sheep etc.
• Set up and tear down of petting zoo.
• Other duties may be assigned.
