Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a warehouse setting preferred, food/pharma a plus.
• PIT license and PIT trainer certification required.
• Ability to operate safely and maintain inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Performs all areas in the Warehouse including unloading, receiving shipments, and preparing outbound freight.
• Monitors shift performance and efficiency; suggests improvements and escalates issues.
• Leads with supervisors to improve safety, quality, and warehouse methods; trains and mentors staff.
