Job summary

NOW Foods is seeking a warehouse leader at the Roselle, IL Distribution Center. The role includes unloading, receiving, shipping, and coordinating daily activities to ensure on-time production and material supply.

You will mentor staff, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across warehousing processes. The position requires PT/LT capabilities, previously demonstrated leadership, and experience with forklift equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year related experience or equivalent.
• Post-secondary education and prior team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience operating Turret trucks, Dock Stockers, Powered Pallet Jacks and other equipment is required.

Responsibilities

• Unloads/receives shipments and transports product to manufacturing; prepares outbound shipments.
• Monitor shift performance and drive efficiency; implement safety and process improvements.
• Lead and mentor employees; ensure training compliance and company culture.
• Develops/assists in SOPs, work instructions, and one-point lessons.
