Job description

Thriveworks is currently seeking independently licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in North Carolina.

Clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state where they will practice.

Compensation

This is a fee‑for‑service (W2) position; compensation ranges up to $26,700. Total compensation includes a flat rate and two bonus opportunities, with ranges varying based on completed session volume and licensure.

Qualifications

All eligible candidates must hold one of the following independent licenses in North Carolina:

• LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LPC
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

Experience diagnosing required.
