Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Cary, NC.

Qualifications

• LCMHC, LMFT, or LCSW
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing.

Compensation

Up to $64,200 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a minimum of 15 sessions per week, both telehealth and face‑to‑face.
• Be a true partnership with the practice and collaborate with the team.
• Provide services as a Behavioral Health Generalist, including couples and children, with support from the practice.
• Demonstrate self‑guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours.
• Show integrity, honesty, adaptability, and a high standard of care.
• Participate in professional development and team collaboration.
