Job summary

Precision Medicine in Bellmore, NY is seeking a Weekend/Evening Operations Supervisor to lead our fulfillment team and support the Operational Director in driving efficiency across the daily workflow.

Onsite role with weekend and evening hours, responsible for supervising operations, managing inventory, coaching staff, and ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance. You’ll collaborate with Customer Success to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within operations, fulfillment, or a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with operations software and digital tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work Saturday and Sunday 8 am - 4 pm and Monday through Wednesday from 4 pm - Midnight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day fulfillment operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and productivity.
• Report directly to the Operational Director and collaborate closely on key departmental objectives.
• Lead team members by setting clear expectations, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress.
• Manage inventory to support fulfillment timelines and operational goals.
• Coach and develop staff through feedback, training, and performance oversight.
• Partner with the Customer Success team to resolve service issues and support customer satisfaction.
• Continuously assess workflows and implement improvements for greater efficiency.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment through open communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
