PetVet Care Centers' Animal Emergency Clinic St. Louis is seeking an Emergency Veterinary Assistant (Weekend Shift) to join our team.

The role supports veterinarians and technicians with tasks from patient handling to preparing surgery suites and maintaining medical records, while delivering compassionate care across all patients. Schedule is 9AM–9PM Friday to Sunday, with open to Part Time or PRN candidates.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2+ years in the veterinary field.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to all patients.
• Greet patients and owners and obtain vital signs.
• Triage patients and assist with medications and restraint.
