PetVet Care Centers' Animal Emergency Clinic St. Louis is seeking an Emergency Veterinary Assistant for a weekend-only shift. You will support veterinarians and technicians, maintain equipment, feed and groom patients, and handle clerical tasks in a 24/7 emergency setting.

The role requires at least 2 years in the veterinary field, a high school diploma or GED, and 18+ years old. Weekend schedule runs Fri-Sun, 9 AM–9 PM, with Part Time or PRN options.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2+ years in the veterinary field.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to all patients.
• Greet patients and owners, guide to examining room and record basic metrics.
• Triage patients, assist with exams, and administer medications as directed.
