Job summary

Penn Medicine Princeton Health in Plainsboro, NJ, seeks a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This part-time weekend position (Saturday and Sunday) offers 7:00 am to 7:00 pm shifts, totaling 24 hours weekly.

You will provide patient care for acute and life-threatening conditions, coordinating with the ED team to ensure timely, high-quality care. Qualifications include an active NJ RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS; BSN preferred or in pursuit.

Qualifications

• Active NJ Registered Nurse License (Required)
• Basic Life Saving (BLS) Certification (Required)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification (Required)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification (Required)
• BSN degree required or in pursuit

Responsibilities

• Treat patients with medical problems requiring urgent assessment and care.
• Establish an individualized plan of care and communicate it to the care team.
• Plan, deliver, coordinate, evaluate, and modify patient care across shifts and settings.
• Assist with ED procedures and medication administration as needed.
