Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in the Emergency Department with medical needs that cannot wait for their regular doctor.
• Establish a therapeutic relationship and an individualized plan of care for the defined period of time.
• Coordinate and communicate the plan of care with the PCP and care team.
