Job summary

Ralliant is seeking an Electronic Assembler in Hollister, CA to drive improvements in electronics production. The role involves assembling, reworking and testing components per IPC-J-STD standards, with on-the-job training provided. You will read schematics, solder under a microscope, and maintain quality across assemblies.

The position requires a high school diploma, US citizenship, and 3–5 years of J-STD soldering experience in manufacturing. PT0, 401K, and health benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• US Citizenship required.
• On-the-job training provided (OJT).
• Working knowledge of ESD prevention and product handling.
• 3–5 years of J-STD soldering experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs production assembly operations on components and subassemblies, and other complex duties as assigned.
• Uses drawings and instructions to assemble, modify, re-work or re-assemble units.
• Receives detailed instruction on new assignments.
• Certified to IPC-J-STD.
• Solder various electronic components following IPC-J-STD standards, including fine pitch components.
• Read and follow written instructions and drawings.
