Charter Casting, part of Charter Manufacturing, seeks an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician for weekend night shifts (Friday–Sunday, 12-hour shifts). Starting pay is $36/hr plus experienced-based increases, with a $5,000 signing bonus and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Electrical apprenticeship or two years of technical training with industrial electromechanical experience.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical instructions.
• Experience with electrical codes and safety procedures.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools and welding equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electromechanical systems.
• Inspect equipment daily and assess startup readiness.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Calibrate and repair control systems and PLCs.
• Maintain CMMS parts inventory and support learning program.
