Job summary
Charter Casting is seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician on 2nd shift (2pm–Midnight, Monday–Thursday) in Shawano, WI. You’ll troubleshoot electromechanical equipment, perform regular PMs, and support production with safe, reliable systems. The role offers a $5,000 signing bonus, full benefits, and weekly pay.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; GED program available
- Two years technical training with two+ years industrial electromechanical experience
- Experience reading wiring diagrams and schematics; interpreting instructions and safety rules
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on electromechanical systems
- Inspect daily for startup problems and verify part dimensions
- Repair and calibrate pneumatic assemblies; install and troubleshoot hydraulic systems
- Maintain control systems, drawings, blueprints, and inspection manuals
- Ensure equipment safety and minimize downtime; follow lockout/tagout rules
