Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled electrical assembler for weekend shifts in our Texas facility. The role involves wiring PLC transformers, assembling control panels from drawings, and performing conduit layouts per NEC/UL standards.

You will identify and wire all devices on the unit while adhering to safety and quality protocols. The position requires physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and use hand and power tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience reading electrical drawings and wiring control panels.
• Familiar with NEC and UL standards.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Wire (PLC) transformers, micro processors and junction boxes.
• Assemble and wire control panels from drawings.
• Do conduit layout of unit in accordance with NEC and UL standards.
• Identify and wire all devices on unit.
