Job summary

Richardson International Limited, a global leader in agriculture and food processing, seeks an Electrician for our New Hope, MN pasta facility. You will troubleshoot and maintain electrical and control systems on high-speed production lines and packaging equipment.

The role requires weekend availability, a 2-year Electrical Technician degree or equivalent experience, and skills with Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs. OSHA 10 is preferred, CPR certification may be pursued.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills; ability to read wiring diagrams.
• 2-year Electrical Technician degree or equivalent experience (apprenticeship, military training, or 3+ years hands-on electrical/controls experience).
• Willingness to obtain CPR certification.
• OSHA 10 credential is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical and controls systems for production and high-speed packaging equipment.
• Support extruders, dryers, conveying systems, cartoners, baggers, palletizers, utilities, HVAC, chillers, and compressed air systems.
• Partner with Operations and Maintenance to resolve recurring issues and complete preventative maintenance.
• Maintain PLC backups, schematics, and electrical documentation.
• Modify and improve electrical and control systems in compliance with NEC standards.
• Assist with capital projects and equipment installations.
