Richardson International Limited is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic at our New Hope, MN pasta production facility to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment while supporting food safety and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Formal technical training or apprenticeship in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including PLCs/relay logic, motors and diagnostics.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production, packaging, warehouse, and utility equipment to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance per schedules and manufacturer recommendations.
• Interpret schematics/blueprints and support installations, changes, and improvements.
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS and collaborate across departments to ensure safety and quality.
