Job summary

Richardson International in Carrington, North Dakota, is seeking an experienced Electrician to support daily production through hands-on electrical work and preventive maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of electrical maintenance experience, or an Associate’s Degree in a relevant field. Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years electrical maintenance experience or an Associate’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Previous experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (Allen Bradley, Siemens) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Electrical team with daily production needs and interruptions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all electrical equipment.
• Learn to troubleshoot PLCs, motors, and support equipment.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of electrical equipment.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities.
