Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma/GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience in power distribution or electrical distribution.
• Experience troubleshooting complex electrical circuits.
• Able to read and interpret electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain test equipment to perform electrical, electronic and mechanical tests on control equipment.
• Follow drawings, specifications to set up, inspect, and test equipment.
• Troubleshoot test failures, determine root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with Engineering, Quality, and supervision.
• Verify customer orders for completeness and support inspectors during testing and inspection activities.
• Recommend and support improvements to assembly, wiring, calibration, testing procedures, and ensure required changes and repairs are completed.
• Maintain test equipment, calibration status, records, and reports.
• Comply with safety, PPE, hygiene, and housekeeping requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
