The position offers a $25.00 per hour rate and requires a high school diploma/GED with 2 years’ experience in power/electrical distribution and the ability to read schematics. Candidates within 50 miles will be considered.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma /GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience working in power distribution or electrical distribution.
• Previous experience in troubleshooting complex electrical circuits.
• Able to read and interpret electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and test equipment per verbal/written instructions, drawings and specs.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, insulation and sequence testing; inspect assemblies and components for quality.
• Troubleshoot test failures, identify root causes and coordinate corrective actions with Engineering/Quality.
• Verify customer orders for completeness and support inspectors during testing/inspection activities.
• Recommend and support improvements to assembly, wiring, calibration and testing procedures.
• Maintain test equipment, calibration status, records and reports; ensure safety compliance.
