Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Minimum education as required by certification/licensure.
• Preferred: High School Diploma with vocational training.
• Certification: BLS Healthcare Provider CPI within 6 months; EMT/Paramedic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in the Emergency Department under RN supervision.
• Transcribe physician orders and coordinate admission, discharge and transfer.
• Participate as a team member to ensure appropriate resources for customers.
• Follow Palomar Health policies and maintain confidentiality.
