Bon Secours Mercy Health in Cincinnati is seeking a Weekend Option Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department (ED) at Anderson Hospital. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced ER and collaborating with an interprofessional team to assess, plan and implement patient care.

Qualifications include an accredited nursing degree (Associates or Bachelors), active RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS (ACLS/PALS required within 6 months of hire).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• Active RN licensure in the state.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications (ACLS/PALS required within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Care for groups of patients in a fast-paced, high-intensity emergency setting.
• Evaluate, update, and revise the plan of care to achieve outcomes.
• Serve as the point of contact for patients’ care coordination across departments.
• Provide care to a broad spectrum of patients from short-stay to trauma.
• Administer medications safely per policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
