Responsibilities

• Assess and respond to patient needs with critical thinking and professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and coworkers in person or by phone.
• Maximize reimbursements and minimize denials by accurate demographics, insurance data, and MSP/HIPAA compliance.
• Register patients and schedule appointments across Boone Health systems.
• Verify insurance, document accurately, and collect applicable patient payments.
