Job summary

Wetherill Associates Inc. seeks a Warehouse Associate to support outbound e-commerce operations on Saturdays and Sundays, 5:00am–1:30pm. You will pick, verify, pack, and ship orders, using RF devices and other material handling equipment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and 2 years’ experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and related tools. Emphasis on accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; 2 years’ experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience operating Material Handling Equipment – forklift, pallet jack, reach truck, etc.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exhibits effective verbal communication and teamwork in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Pack and label items accurately for shipment.
• Safely load materials onto handling equipment.
• Read and interpret pick lists, SOPs, or WI.
• Operate RF devices, label machines, scales, and forklifts.
• Use RF devices to pick and transfer materials to staging areas.
• Perform quality inspections to verify part numbers and quantities.
• Maintain Pallet Manifest accuracy and document transfers.
• Inspect equipment and material for defects; tag containers with IDs.
• Help identify root causes of shipping discrepancies.
• Support a collaborative, cross-trained team environment.
• Follow safety protocols and 5S guidelines daily.
